I faught Chrysler and WON!

Its been almost two years now and I never did come back to let you know how things turned out.

In September of 2013, I filled a Lemon Law suite against Chrysler, it took some research as I am limited in legal back-ground, to be honest I have non other then the basic knowledge.

By December of 2013 - Chrysler had a over-night check sent to a local dealer and I turned over that piece of junk of  an auto.

I thank God, cause I have gotten numerous emails and calls on how to handle this and its simple now that its over but I will share on the post to help the next victim of Chrysler:

I call my local state's Attorney Generals Office and explained my issues.

I was directed to get the auto manual and review the Lemon Law information.

I did so, and then took the car to the dealer for another review.

I asked them to list every word I said and not to reword my complaint.

After the third attempt to get this fixed in 3 month, I finally filled the documents with the Attorney Generals Office and called Chrysler to let them know what I had done.

By weeks end, I got a call back and an offer to settle out of court but only for the replacement of my auto.  I informed that the law stated that I was to have not only my money back but also the funds I had lost in the down payment of my trade-in, ($5000.00)  By the time we finished I walked away with all my funds paid, my trade-in and the additions that was completed on the auto when I first purchased it - well over $12,000.00 in total.

No recovery for the hardship... but I got what I paid into it.

Would you believe it - As I view the 200ChryslerProblems blog site this morning - I viewed the "about me" content and somehow the content got edit to some very bad statement that are not even mine or the experience I have had with my 200ChryslerTransmissionProblems...
Never worry,  I have taken care of that and reported a hack of the site so we will see....

Now for the issue at hand:
I will NOT however discontinue reporting my 200ChryslerTransmissionProblem with the world, and hope that those who have similar issues will post their experience on the blog as I believe that:

Please post your AUTO Problems and lets let the Auto manufactures know that we will not put up with this sort of business for our hard earned American dollars!

2010 Owner of Chrysler Transmission Problems and more

2010 Chrysler Owner has reported the same issue with 200ChryslerProblems:

I met a young lady this afternoon, and she reports having the same, but worst experience.

She purchased a 2010 Chrysler and is concerned - as for more than 6 dealer document and report issues of the same sort she is told that "there is nothing wrong with her auto".

I informed her that I had contact the media and if they respond to a (August 31 and Labor Day Protest) that I plan to do - she would also support and express this concern.  Fun thing is that she bought her auto from a different dealer, but the thumping, jerking, jolting transmission started the same as mine earlier in mileage and had only gotten worst now and even stalls-out.

On December 11th of 2012 - I viewed several dealerships and decided to go with the one that sold the:
Chrysler -  200 Chrysler v6. It had some nice seating with lumbar support for people like me who have back issues due to auto accidents! The Lumbar Support which also heated was very comforting and  felt great as it still does, but then about 3400 miles the damn TRANSMISSION AND ENGINE LIGHT started to do their own thing? I take it to the Dealer: where I purchased the car -the initial visit back to the Dealer where I purchased this  auto - put something in it that was called "Mop-ADDITIVE" - and told me after the fact that  this would allow for the gears OF THE TRANSMISSION to shift smoother.?   ITS NOW OVER 5000 MILE later ON THE ODOMETER AND STILL THE damn Thumping AS THE GEARS SHIFT WHILE DRIVING BETWEEN 10-40 MPH? WTF this is and other concerning issues has lead to no resolve and I have run out of the will to site and let this go unheard of by sharing my experience with the WWW.  As I wonder am I the only person with this issue? or is it me?

Please keep in mind that the pen is mightier then the sword,  and I have not begun to even organize this but a weekly protest will help if the media got involved what numbers could this do I seek to inform the public of my experience
